Biography

Tam is originally from Hastings, East Sussex and is of Turkish and Italian descent. After finally leaving the coast Tam went onto study at The Guildford School of Acting where he graduated with a 1st Class BA Hons degree.

Tam is currently playing the role of Stone in City of Angels at the Donmar Warehouse and most recently was seen as Javert in Les Misérables at The Queens Theatre London for which he recently won the Broadway World West End 2013 award for best performance in a Long Running Musical, and won the West End Frame 2014 award for Best Performance of a Song, with 'Stars' from Les Misérables.

Next year, Tam will be making his Broadway Debut as the lead role of Urii Zhivago in the new Broadway musical, Dr Zhivago, at the Broadway Theatre.
